Specializing in premium short-term rental properties and curated investment advisory, they work closely with international investors—particularly from the UK—offering personalized, high-return property solutions in Dubai's most sought-after areas.

They are now looking for a Dubai-based Sales Manager – UK Market to drive UK-focused sales and support their growing portfolio of global investors.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage property sales targeting UK-based investors, offering ready and off-plan properties tailored for investment and short-term rental.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UK clients, brokers, and referral networks to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
• Manage, coach, and grow the internal real estate sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for UK-based buyers, offering strategic investment guidance and full-cycle sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams (property management, marketing) to align sales efforts with client needs and rental income projections.
• Maintain an updated understanding of Dubai's real estate market, investor expectations, and legal frameworks relevant to international buyers.
• Track and manage your pipeline using the CRM, reporting performance KPIs and forecasting accurately.
• Contribute to team culture by mentoring junior agents and sharing market insights.
