- As a Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with the Sales team to leverage your technical product expertise to close deals. - You will be responsible for building and maintaining tools and processes that accelerate deals and improve sales team efficacy. - The role involves leading the technical aspects of complex sales cycles and prescribing solutions for complex workflows and challenges. - You will conduct customized product demonstrations and manage proof of concept pilots to ensure successful deals. - Cross-department collaboration is key, as you will act as a liaison between Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer within the B2B SaaS industry. - A proven track record of meeting sales goals and building targeted pre-sales solution packages from scratch is essential. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are necessary to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. - The candidate should be adaptable and comfortable working in a fluid work environment, demonstrating flexibility when changes occur.
