✨ About The Role
- Build strategic relationships with existing clients to drive revenue, stimulate growth, and maximize client lifetime value
- Grow customer accounts through new product sales and expansion of existing product and services engagements
- Develop new pipeline opportunities within a set of named install base accounts and consult existing clients on their internal processes
- Own contract negotiations, close sales, and meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue quota
- Work closely with the Customer Success and Implementation team to ensure a smooth handoff after closing the sale
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in account management or customer success with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Proficient in relationship building, pipeline management, prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing customers in a high-paced sales environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree with equivalent experience preferred, along with knowledge of CRM applications such as Salesforce
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask while demonstrating persuasive closing techniques
