- The Account Executive role involves high volume inside sales, with all customer interactions performed via phone and email
- Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, qualifying inbound leads, building relationships with prospective customers, and conducting product demonstrations
- The role requires working in partnership with Business Development Representatives to convert qualified opportunities into closed deals
- Account Executives are responsible for contract negotiations, closing sales, and collaborating with Customer Success and Implementation teams
- The position also involves forecasting, tracking account metrics, preparing reports, and identifying growth opportunities within the territory
⚡ Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience in the maintenance, manufacturing, and facilities sales industry is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM applications such as Salesforce and experience with sales development tools like SalesLoft and Zoominfo
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
