HR Coordinator & Office Manager (CDD)

Fixed-term contract (6 months - Maternity cover)

Part-time position - 20 hours/week

Based in Lyon, France

About Upfluence

Upfluence develops and sells influencer marketing software worldwide. Our platform enables brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns. Since the launch of the software in 2016, the company has grown rapidly and continues to expand globally. Our international team is distributed between offices in NYC, Los Angeles, Mexico, and Lyon.

Responsibilities

Human Resources (80% of the time)

  • Recruitment: posting job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews and assessments, and managing the onboarding process.
  • Payroll & HR administration: managing payroll through Payfit, handling employee life cycle processes (new hires, exits, DPAE, contracts, amendments), managing benefits (healthcare, social security), overseeing contract terminations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements (apprenticeship tax, training contributions), and liaising with occupational health services.
  • Employer branding: contributing to internal HR projects and strengthening the company's visibility and attractiveness for top talent (media, partnerships, etc.).
  • HR communications: coordinating and supporting both internal and external HR events and initiatives (meetups, university relations, team-building and employee engagement activities).

Office Management (20% of the time)

  • Coordinating service providers for office cleaning and maintenance.
  • Managing office supplies and consumables orders.
  • Organizing internal events (seminars, company gatherings, afterworks, parties, etc.).

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in payroll and HR administration.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
  • Strong attention to detail, with organizational rigor.
  • A people-oriented mindset, reactivity, and open-mindedness.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
