As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will be at the center of our mission (simplify the homebuying experience) to reshape the industry.
As the Sr Sales Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for driving operational efficiency and equipping our revenue teams with the tools, insights, and processes they need to succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a Strategic Partner – Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify operational bottlenecks and deliver solutions that unlock performance.
- Design & Scale Processes – Build and evolve best-in-class sales and customer experience workflows that support growth and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement innovative process enhancements that streamline operations.
- Deliver Insights & Reporting – Create and maintain reporting frameworks that transform data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Champion Change Management – Lead the rollout and adoption of new systems and processes, ensuring teams are set up for long-term success.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, preferably within a high-growth or startup environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage data and insights to influence decision-making and demonstrate impact.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong working knowledge of BI tools.
- Innovator: Track record of pioneering new tools, processes, or systems that drive measurable results.
- Project Leadership: Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and skilled in leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Team-Oriented: Collaborative, supportive, and motivated by helping others succeed.
