Part Time Keyholder

"Is your passion in retail?" We are looking for a Part Time Keyholder for our store in Huntington Station, NY. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment. "Do you have the gift of motivating those around you?" The Keyholder will have a working knowledge of all things UNTUCKit, along with a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Create and ensure a cohesive work environment that inspires engagement of associates
2. Possess the UNTUCKit CORE values
3. Confidently execute UNTUCKit University training and participate in daily chat-in activities
4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
5. Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
6. Create a fun, relaxed environment for customers to feel comfortable shopping
7. Maintain stock room
8. Open and close the store
9. Actively maintain a tidy sales floor
10. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
11. Cross sell products
12. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
13. Be a vital part of brand decisions with customer feedback and observations
