Under general supervision, this position reports to the University Dining Food Service Assistant Manager. The ability to organize, clean and sanitize dishware and small wares with the aid of dish room equipment and cleaning supplies combined with opening and closing procedures is required. The ability to communicate with team members and management is also required. The ability to work alternate hours as needed is required.
Key job responsibilities include:
Shift: Work will be scheduled Monday through Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Variable and holiday hours may be required.
Compensation: $15-$17 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
FTE: 75% (Full time during academic year; optional summer hours available)

This is a temporary University Staff position, at will employment, and non-exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position is required to serve a six-month probation period.
