Base salary range: $95,231–$100,643p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
UWA is making significant investments in the Information and Technology Services to enable its strategic direction and goals. UWA is also looking to utilize technology advancements to expand its services and create new and innovative teaching and research models. Robust, flexible, integrated and agile enterprise architecture, information and technology services are vital to enabling the university strategic objectives.
Deliver independent IT support across desktops, mobile devices, AV equipment, and software, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Support bespoke teaching and research technologies; design and implement systems following best practices.
Proactively resolve issues through root cause analysis, documentation, and preventative recommendations.
Relevant University degree or equivalent
ITIL certification or significant experience in Service Delivery process is essential
Substantial relevant computing experience in a customer service role with a mature approach to work
Demonstrated experience with field/on-site support of complex IT systems and services
Demonstrated experience in providing support and troubleshooting for teaching and/or research solutions and applications
Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required by the successful applicant.
