This position will perform work responsibilities for Tennessee Child Support Employment & Parenting Program (TCSEPP). This position provides administrative support for SWORPS' Tennessee Child Support Employment and Parenting Program (TCSEPP) staff. The TCSEPP team has the mission to help non-custodial parents overcome barriers to employment in order to become stable, obtain employment, pay child support, become self-sufficient, and be an active parent in their child(ren)'s lives. This is a grant-funded position and is contingent upon the continued funding of the grant.
The Administrative/Data Entry Specialist responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Required Qualifications:
Ability to positively interact with clients, staff, and coworkers. Ability to communicate effectively in English using written, oral, and verbal communication methods, including email and teleconferencing software. Skill with Office 365, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Skill with Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of basic accounting techniques. Ability to answer phones and perform general office tasks. Ability to protect confidentiality and to learn and understand regulations and guidelines protecting personal information.
