The Office of Human Resources is seeking an HR Partner (HR Consultant 1 - MR09) to join our team. The HR Partner provides consultative services for recruitment, hiring, and benefits administration, and serves as a collaborator in other HR functional areas. The position serves as a campus advisor; prepares documentation to ensure policies and procedures are followed; interprets, applies, and advises on HR policies and procedures, and applicable federal and state laws; and assists with training activities in HR functional areas.
