Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting high-quality medical education. As an Education Support Officer (Clinical), you'll provide technical and operational support to academic and teaching staff within the School, helping to deliver a broad range of educational services efficiently and effectively.
In this position, you'll act as a vital link between the University and our Health partners, coordinating timetabling and managing the clinical training of medical students. The role involves regular liaison with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including representatives from the Local Health District (LHD). This position is based within the Northern Clinical School, where you'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in education and clinical training.

The successful candidate will also have effective and tactful communication skills (both verbal and written) together with strong problem solving skills and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgment. Knowledge of University policies and procedures and administrative processes within a tertiary and/or health care environment would be highly regarded.
