We are eagerly seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Operations to join us at Southern Queensland Rural Health (SQRH) to manage the operational and administrative functions of the unit, ensuring organizational and financial sustainability. In this role, you will:

• Support the Director in leading and managing the daily operations, strategic development, risk management, quality improvement, reporting, and business functions of SQRH, while providing high-level advice, overseeing administrative processes, and delivering special projects as needed.
• Oversee and manage SQRH's financial, human, and physical resources - supporting budget and grant processes, leading administrative staff, ensuring compliance, and driving performance.
• Foster effective internal and external communication, liaising with key stakeholders across academia, healthcare, industry, and government.
