This role is based in the People & Culture (P&C) Team, within the Operations Division at UNSW.
Why Your Role Matters As a Regulatory Specialist, P&C you will play an important role in coordinating UNSW's response to wage compliance-related regulatory inquiries, audits, and investigations. Working alongside the Head of Regulatory Response, you will gather insights into work practices and data to create responses to wage-related regulatory matters as per audits and reporting obligations, preparing high-quality submissions for regulators such as TEQSA, FWO and the NSW Department of Industrial Relations. This role leverages existing investigation outcomes and collaborative working relationships across P&C team and wider University to support the delivery of strategic and operational regulatory and compliance objectives.
