The Educational Engagement team plays a vital role in supporting educators across UNSW and promoting staff opportunities offered by the PVCE portfolio. As a team dedicated specifically to staff-focused engagement within the Division of Education & Student Experience, this group contributes directly to enhancing teaching capability and building a connected educational community.
This role (internally called Manager, Educational Engagement) will guide the team through an important period of transition as processes, programs, and priorities evolve. This role is critical in providing strong people leadership, change support, and clear operational direction while turning strategic ideas into practical, well-managed delivery. Your leadership will help ensure the continued rollout of high-quality initiatives that support UNSW's Progress for All strategy.
This is a parental leave replacement until October 2026, with an immediate start preferred.
You're a confident, empathetic, and constructive leader who brings stability and clarity to teams navigating change. You thrive on building relationships, guiding people through transition, and turning strategic direction into practical, well-coordinated delivery.
