Provides mental health assessments, treatment planning, short-term psychotherapy, crisis intervention, referrals, career testing/ counseling for students and consultation services to faculty and staff.
Develops and coordinates the Counseling Services graduate student training program and oversees the daily functions of the internship program.
Provides clinical supervision and training for Counseling Services trainees; coordinate training schedules.
Develops and maintains relationships with graduate behavioral health programs and coordinates the internship application process for students seeking placement.
Manages the Counseling Services website and Social Media accounts.
Develops, provides, coordinates, and evaluates developmental psychoeducational programming for university students and the university community.
Collects outreach statistics and outcome surveys, compiles data and submits periodic reports to departmental staff and supervisor.
Coordinates outreach projects with student organizations and other university departments.
Improves access to mental health services for underrepresented and diverse student populations through tailored outreach and programming.
Participates in departmental staff meetings and assists with departmental policy development.
