Provides support of the installation and configuration of the end user computing environment, which consists primarily of user workstations (desktop and laptop), printers, and mobile devices. Responsible for providing tier 2 support of the end user computing environment. Responsible for asset management of the end user devices. Supports facility coordination associated with adds/moves/changes of end user devices. Insures that standard operating procedures and documentation are developed and maintained so that utilization of the end user devices and user productivity are maximized; confers with and advises subordinates on policies and procedures.
