The University of Miami Total Rewards Department has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Compensation Support Services. The Manager, Compensation Support Services manages a team of staff and the day-to-day execution of post-hire compensation transactions and processes within Workday. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of employee compensation data within and supports the implementation of compensation policies and practices related to compensation transactions. The Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance, improve operational efficiency, and support compensation-related initiatives.
