Operations Executive Assistant

As a result of successful career progression of the current post holders, we are looking to appoint an Operations Executive Assistant to support Department activity within the School of Natural Sciences. This is an exciting opportunity, to join a team of operational colleagues working within a hybrid model, in different locations across the University estate. The role provides tailored operational support for the academic Head of Department (HoD), and wider department/School Leadership Team.

Operating as part of the School Operations Team and reporting to the Deputy School Operations Manager (DSOM), this is a dynamic role and will involve flexibility and the ability to prioritise tasks in order to deliver PA support to the HoD and operational support to other staff across the School.

The post holder will work in partnership with professional services and academic colleagues, crucial to the success and functioning of the Department and School.
