HospitalityOnCampus is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join its Hospitality team.
Undertaking the delivery of hospitality and event services across the university campus, via the use of the department's vehicle fleet, and under the guidance of the Hospitality Delivery Supervisor, Operations Manager and other colleagues, the successful role holder will ensure bookings and event support materials are delivered to the relevant operational areas across campus, in an efficient, safe and hygienic manner, as well as ensuring that the agreed timescales and standards for delivery are met.
The post holder will participate in the planning and coordination of daily hospitality deliveries across campus, utilising the campus booking system to prioritise and plan the delivery of bookings & events with the delivery team, whilst also liaising with the central production kitchen team and hospitality management colleagues across campus.
The post holder will have a good basic knowledge of Health and Safety working practices and be able to demonstrate an awareness of good customer care/hospitality services. Good verbal communication skills, basic numerical ability and a naturally positive attitude towards a busy/pressurised environment are essential to this role.
Possession of a valid, current driving license is mandatory for this role. The ability to drive class C1 vehicles (Luton Vans) is also preferred (though not essential).

This is a full-time vacancy working as required with the business potentially operating Monday to Sunday (7 days a week), with both daytime, weekend and evening to support the business.
