The Communications & Marketing Specialist II will provide planning and execution support for the Delphi Center's units and the Graduate School's marketing and communications strategies. This position is responsible for overseeing projects including search marketing, social media, email marketing, recruitment plans, communication plans, video creation, content development, and copywriting. This position will collaborate with team members, including the graphic designer and web developers, to execute all marketing projects and will be responsible for coordinating project timelines and deliverables. The individual will carry out many projects from start to finish, including writing content, building campaigns, monitoring, and reporting effectiveness. The specialist will hold project management duties including communicating deadlines, providing necessary content and project assets, detail action items, and providing progress updates for each project. They will develop content appropriate for each unit audience and channel (web, email, print, social media, etc.), review materials for accuracy, cohesive voice, and ensure the content follows UofL's brand standards.
This is a full-time position with a 37.5 hour regular workweek. This position's team is based at the Shelby Campus with travel to the Belknap Campus, and remote/hybrid options.
