Information Technology Partners
The IT Partners Help Desk team provides direct network, communications, hardware, software, and classroom support of the instructional, research, and administrative functions of Gies College of Business (and other campus units supported by Information Technology Partners).
• High school diploma or equivalent. • One (1) year of work experience in IT‐related functions such as hardware/software support, programming, network design, network engineering, IT systems integration, or closely related field. College coursework which includes Information Technology (IT), IT Management, Programming, IT systems, or a closely related discipline may be substituted as follows: 30 semester hours equals one (1) year, Associate's Degree (60 semester hours) equals eighteen (18) months, 90 semester hours equals two (2) years, Bachelor's Degree (120 semester hours) equals three (3) years).
• Experience with Windows operating systems and related hardware • Experience with Apple operating systems and related hardware • Experience with enterprise-level endpoint management solutions (such as MECM/SCCM and Munki/Workspace One) • Experience in the use of Microsoft Active Directory
This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5032 - Information Technology Support Associate position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the search close date. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity. The budgeted salary range for the position is $49,400 to $57,700. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
