We are looking for Operations Supervisors to oversee the daily operations of our university facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of operational staff, liaising with colleagues from the University, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading a team, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity:
Under the guidance of the Facility/Duty Management teams, you will assist in supervising staff to ensure the delivery of Sport & Exercise's industry-leading facilities and services to our members and guests. This includes supporting Sports Union clubs, VIP visitors, and University employees. Experience in a fast-paced service environment is essential, along with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to teamwork and adaptability to change.
This role will be based at one of our award-winning sites: The Pleasance Sports Complex, St Leonard's Land, or Peffermill Playing Fields.
