Lindner is seeking applicants to fill two open Career Coach positions. The Career Coach is a passionate advocate for business students and actively leads and contributes to institution-wide efforts to further career development and placement. The Career Coach provides student guidance and career support including connecting students to industry specific employment.
Career Coaches are members of the integrated Student Services team, working alongside experts in career development and partnership support, as well as connecting with academic advisors and experiential learning specialists to support cooperative education. Career Coaches provide coaching to Lindner Business students, empowering students to explore their major and career through understanding themselves, gaining experience to complement their academic careers and preparing for experiential opportunities with their job search.
We are expecting this position to start January 2026. This position will have the option of a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home) for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY following 90 days of training. Residence must be in the tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education is required.
