Summary of Job Duties

• Provide excellent customer service to students, employees, and visitors in person and on the phone.
• Provide information, assistance, and clarification regarding student accounts.
• Work with a high level of initiative and concern for excellence.
• Maintain confidentiality in all student account matters.
• Provide clerical support for the Financial Services.
• Respond to inquiries regarding Financial Services in person, on the phone, and electronically.
• Ensure documentation is maintained and up-to-date in imaging system.
• Demonstrate ability in problem solving, multitasking, and time management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Able to maintain integrity and confidentiality of information.
• Detail oriented.

Salary Information: $15/hr
