Research Data Support Specialist I - Department of Surgery

The Department of Surgery's Division of Vascular Surgery is seeking a Data Analysis Assistant/Specialist to collaborate on research within Dr. Craig Weinkauf's lab. This individual will work closely with the investigator and senior lab members to complete essential lab duties for assisting with research and data support.

Assist lab members with data entry and quality assurance for experimental data.

Assist lab members with data analysis and data management.

Assist lab members with manuscript writing.

Maintain lab equipment.

Assist in research coordination to include administrative support, schedule coordination, intake, and maintaining record/files.

High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required.

The position is full time, working 40 hours per week, with a fiscal work calendar. The job category is research, and it is benefits eligible with a full benefits package. The rate of pay is $16.50-$20.63 per hour. The job falls under the research and data analysis job family and the research job function. A name-based criminal background check is required.
