The Administrative Support Assistant for Facilities Operations provides administrative, clerical, and operational support to the Facilities Management team. This position ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of facilities services by coordinating work requests, maintaining records, processing documentation, and serving as a key point of contact for staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
