We are currently looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join and support the UHN West Park Assessment Centre – Altum Health. The Business Support Administrator will be responsible for supporting initiatives related to ensuring that our assessors Letters of Understanding (LOU's) are up-to-date yearly and/or bi-yearly; ensuring onboarding of new assessor's documentation is complete and submitted appropriately; ensuring assessor availability is up-to-date as well as yearly vacation calendars for staff & assessors. In addition, the Business Support Administrator will be responsible for Quality Assurance and Completion of Directions to Assessor(s), and assisting with the preparation of License Appeal Tribunal requests. The Business Support Administrator works closely with the Manager, Assessment Centre, People & Culture and Business Development as necessary. They are expected to exercise judgment and independence in the performance of their administrative activities.
