As a NICU/Newborn Discharge Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuity of care from hospital to home. You'll coordinate discharge plans, provide essential education and guidance to families, collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary care team, and facilitate home health referrals with efficiency and empathy.
RN Licensure in Missouri (Required)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Current BCLS & NRP certification
3+ years of nursing experience with a strong foundation in Mother-Baby, Pediatrics, or NICU
