The Atlantic Region CBO is seeking a dynamic and talented part-time Pre-Services Specialist. The PT Pre-Services Specialist is responsible for taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, timely and accurately scheduling and pre-registering patients in the SMS and Cerner systems. The PT Pre-Services Specialist will also be responsible for attempting to collect co-pays and deductibles from patients at the time of pre-registration. This position is also responsible for interpreting managed care contracts; Medicare regulations; medical and anatomy terminology and applying the knowledge to the scheduling and registration process.

Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years healthcare experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Customer focused both internally and externally, strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, strong 10 key data entry, and excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
