Job Duties: This position is responsible for providing dispatch, answering telephone calls and will be the personal point of contact for dismissal cleaning personnel and others desiring to communicate with the office/storeroom area. Responsible for enforcing employee check-in/out supply and equipment policies and procedures, to maintain an orderly and clean office/storeroom area, and to act as the departmental secretary. Maintains a professional demeanor in accordance with the service excellence standards while interacting with patients, patient's families, (including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics) and coworkers. Qualifications Education, Training, Experience and Licenses/Registrations Required: 1. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION: Ability to understand and communicate both verbally and in writing. Additionally, to be able to follow written and oral instructions and to record assignments completed in Basic English. High school education or equivalent required. 2. EXPERIENCE: Experience in administrative support and/or healthcare preferred. 3. SPECIAL SKILLS: Ability to operate/use equipment provided by the department to facilitate the procedures performed.
