Social Worker Opportunity – Lead Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Clinician

Arbour Hospital, a provider of specialized behavioral health services in the greater Boston area since 1909, is seeking a Lead Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Clinician. This is a full-time, Monday – Friday, 40 hour per week position at Branches Quincy, a service of Arbour Hospital in Quincy, MA.

The Lead Adol PHP Clinician will be a vital part of Arbour Hospital's multidisciplinary treatment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a recent Master's level graduate or an experienced licensed clinician who is passionate about working with underserved patient populations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise team of PHP clinicians
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
  • Lead therapy groups
  • Document clients' treatment
  • Complete diagnostic assessments
  • Provide crisis intervention
  • Provide milieu management
  • Coordinates, arranges, and monitors discharge planning and continuity of care

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or other human services related field
  • 1-3 years of adolescent psychiatric experience preferred
  • LICSW, LHMC, or LDAC required
