The Brook – KMI is a 98-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient services for adolescents, adults, and seniors. Our specialized treatment services are provided by a multidisciplinary team of highly trained psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, addiction counselors, nurses, pastoral counselors, and activity therapists. The Clinical Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Major job functions include: obtaining psycho-social assessments; conducting family/group therapy on assigned cases; complete documentation per hospital policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinate discharge planning; assist in developing and maintaining community resource information; performs marketing functions as assigned; assists in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participate in continuing education activities.

Education: Required: Master's Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences
Licensure/Certification: Must be licensed or under supervision in state of Kentucky (CSW/LCSW, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP)
Experience: Preferred: One to three years inpatient behavioral health work
