Screening for this position will continue until the job has been filled. Wage range: $18-21.00/hour.
Performs a variety of tasks such as sweeping and washing floors. Keeps refrigerators, freezers, and storeroom clean and neat. Conducts daily cleaning of ranges, carts, pots, pans, and all other food service equipment. Will work in dishwashing and food service area. Performs food preparation tasks as assigned by the Food Service Manager. Assembles floor supply items as requested and delivers food trays and supplies to the appropriate units.

Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Position requires walking & standing for prolonged periods of time. Frequently lifts up to 30 pounds. Requires full range of motion and repetitive use of hands. Regularly needs to bend, stoop, and reach. Ability to work a variety of shifts as needed.
Must read, write, and be able to follow oral and written instructions in English. Must know how to clean various surfaces and kinds of equipment. Must have knowledge and abilities in handling equipment and simple food preparation tasks. Knowledge of standards of attractive food service and high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and neatness. Ability to work a variety of shifts.
Requires high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and six months food service experience. Must meet or exceed hospital and regulatory agency training requirements.
