Wellstone Regional Hospital is a 100-bed acute care facility located in Jeffersonville, Indiana and has been providing quality health care to the residents of Southern Indiana and the Louisville area since 2003. Wellstone specializes in the treatment of Adolescents, Children, Adults, and the CD population. In addition to our in-patient services, we offer out-patient programs as well. Wellstone is seeking a dependable and hard working Housekeeper/Environmental Services Staff. The Housekeeper/Environmental Services Staff is responsible for daily housekeeping routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices, and public areas, picking up linens, while ensuring a safe and risk preventive environment within OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience in housekeeping/janitorial duties, preferably in a health care facility. Additional Requirements: Must be able to work with minimal supervision. May be required to work overtime and flexible hours. Schedule is 11a-7p, 5 days per week. Every other weekend is required for this position!! This is a non-exempt hourly position.
