Hermitage Hall (a UHS company) is one of Middle Tennessee's largest stand-alone psychiatric residential treatment Hospitals. Licensed by Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a mental health residential treatment center for children and youth, Hermitage Hall has provided services to families for over 30 years. We are currently looking for a Residential Director to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Position Summary: The Director of Residential Services (DRS) provides continuous, 24-hour leadership and oversight of the therapeutic milieu across all residential units. This role is responsible for the direct supervision and support of Shift Supervisors, Lead Mental Health Technicians, Mental Health Technicians, and the Staffing Coordinator. The (DRS) works collaboratively with the CEO, COO, Director of Nursing, and Director of Clinical Services to advance the organization's mission and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. Through effective leadership, communication, and management, the (DRS) plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for all residents. Additionally, the DRS is responsible for overseeing program operations, measuring and reporting program outcomes, and developing, implementing, and maintaining program policies and procedures to ensure compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.

Education/Experience: Master's Degree 3-5 years of related experience
