Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to lead the overall quality, operational efficiency, and financial management of our Outpatient Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). This role ensures clinical services comply with all applicable regulations and payer contract requirements while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. In addition to overseeing compliance and fiscal responsibilities, the Director drives departmental growth by implementing strategic marketing initiatives and fostering relationships with providers, local and state agencies, and managed care organizations. A key focus of this position is ensuring profitability, maintaining financial health, and meeting budget expectations.

Qualifications
Education: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, mental health, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of three years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting.
Licensure: L.M.S.W., LPC, L.C.S.W in Texas.
