Facilities Maintenance Director/Plant Ops

Facilities Maintenance Director/Plant Ops *HSD/GED and Vocational Training or BS Degree (Engineering or related field preferred) along with 10+ years experienced Multi-certified Tradesman* 10+ years of facility maintenance leadership experience in a healthcare setting; prefer a certified healthcare facility manager. This position will be based at Hill Crest Behavioral Health Services, but will spend up to 25% of the time at Alabama Clinical Schools. The FMD provides direct oversight and management of Facility Services consisting of Maintenance, Plant Operations, and coordinates Environmental Services. Coordinates all plant operations to ensure compliance with Department of Mental Health, JCAHO, CMS, and other regulatory agency standards.
