The Desktop Support Technician installs and configures PC desktops, laptops, and printers and troubleshoots network connectivity to ensure continuous system availability to the users in accordance with sound PC support practices. Manages problem tickets as assigned through the call tracking system and builds, configures, rebuilds, or migrates desktop and laptop systems. Provides second-level application support for a wide variety of desktop applications.
