Clinical Supervisor Opportunity At Cedar Hills Hospital

Cedar Hills Hospital currently has an opening for a Clinical Supervisor to join our Outpatient Team. We are looking for someone who will be dedicated to serving our patients with a high quality of care. Come join a facility that believes in Hope, Health, and Healing!

How you will make an impact:

  • The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight and guidance for the outpatient program. Including that of both Program/Group Therapists as well as Intake/Assessment staff.
  • The Clinical Supervisor will be required to hold treatment team meetings, individual and group supervision sessions with staff, handle escalated patient situations, perform chart reviews/audits, provide clinical feedback and guidance to staff, assist with employee evaluations.
  • Additional tasks will include covering/performing intake assessments and group therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related Degree required.
  • Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD required. License required for this position. CADCI or higher required within 3 months of hire.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
