Family and Child Connect (FACC) Service provides information and advice to people seeking assistance for children and families where there are concerns about their wellbeing. The Service provides information and advice based on an assessment of the family's needs or connects families with the right support.
Assessment Service Connect (ASC) provides short-term support to families, conducting a thorough needs assessment and supporting engagement with long-term ongoing supports.
