Your part in our UnitingCare team
UnitingCare is seeking a Service Engagement Officer with a strong interest in service design and participant‑centred support. This role plays a key part in translating NDIS plans into thoughtfully designed, sustainable services that reflect participant goals, preferences, and funding arrangements.
You will work closely with participants, families, and internal service teams to co-design services, develop clear and compliant service agreements, and ensure supports are structured to deliver meaningful outcomes from day one.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging participant engagement, service design, and operational delivery within the NDIS environment.
