An integral part of our big-hearted BlueCare team, as a Residential Service Manager you'll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.
You'll work with your front-line team to provide outstanding care to residents, promoting a culture of values-based, person-centred care.
Through your knowledge, you'll promote a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities. You'll ensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.
Working closely with your senior clinicians, you'll lead a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success.
