Primary Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize complex Java applications using advanced object-oriented and functional programming techniques
2. Lead the implementation of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions across services and modules
3. Use GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, prototype solutions, and mentor junior developers on effective AI-assisted coding practices
4. Architect and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party systems with robust error handling and security
5. Perform deep code reviews, enforce coding standards, and guide refactoring efforts to improve codebase quality
6. Own and drive unit, integration, and performance testing strategies using JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, and other tools
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans
8. Manage source control workflows using Git and GitHub, including branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
9. Optimize database interactions using JDBC, JPA/Hibernate, and advanced SQL techniques
10. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues using profiling tools and logging frameworks
11. Mentor junior developers through pair programming, design discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions
12. Stay current with emerging Java technologies, frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot), and development tools to continuously improve team capabilities
13. Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• 8+ Years of relevant IT Experience
• Excellent knowledge of Java, Springboot, NOSQL DB, Webservices, Javascript, RDBMS
• Good understanding of Azure fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare domain knowledge
• Knowledge of Angular framework
