The position takes direct calls from Radiology customers and provides support of Optum PACS to our contracted customers. The position is specifically located in the US as required for supporting our government customers. Currently, we achieve a 44% first-day closure rate for government customer complaints. Our objective key result (OKR) is to improve this to a 60% closure rate.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
