Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and backend engineers to integrate ML solutions into production systems
• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy and performance
• Participate in model evaluation, testing, and validation using appropriate metrics and techniques
• Assist in deploying models using MLOps tools and practices, including containerization and cloud services
• Document technical designs, model architectures, and experiment results
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML and contribute ideas for innovation and improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development, with 1+ years in AI/ML projects
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data, and familiarity with data preprocessing techniques
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), and basic CI/CD workflows
• Proven good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Proven solid communication and teamwork abilities
