The Patient Services Representative is responsible for providing excellent patient service while handling inbound and outbound phone calls. This position serves patients by determining requirements, resolving problems, fulfilling requests and maintaining our database.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Support role is preferred. Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service. Strong verbal communication skills along with the ability to actively listen. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Acts professionally and with integrity.
