Technical Operations Technician

Job overview and responsibilities:

• Process and manage payment requests efficiently.
• Handle accounting, auditing, and fiscal documentation related to the operation.
• Prepare and analyze reports to support financial and operational decision-making.
• Monitor, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Oversee office supplies inventory and administration.

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• Technical knowledge of accounting is preferred.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience.
• Excellent communicator, analytical skills, sensitivity to cultural differences, and customer focus driven.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint.
• Must be fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Must be legally authorized to work in Brazil for any employer without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
