In this program, you will dive into high-impact projects that drive innovation, elevate organizational performance, and champion a culture of inclusion and excellence. You will rotate through core HR functions – like Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, or HR Services– while gaining exposure to senior leaders and building a powerful network across the enterprise.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Analyzes HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Champions automation and technology solutions to enhance HR operations
  • Leverages AI and emerging technologies to support strategic HR initiatives
  • Leads and supports HR operations and COEs, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic goals
  • Partners with business leaders to identify workforce needs and implement talent strategies
  • Manages complex employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to support change management and organizational development initiatives
  • Demonstrates ability to navigate ambiguity and apply advanced problem-solving skills to drive clarity, make informed decisions, and deliver effective solutions in complex situations

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience with HR data and reporting tools, including familiarity with AI tools used in HR (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics, Pymetrics, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new information and apply knowledge
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have completed a master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, Health & Safety, Philanthropy and Non-Profit Leadership, or related field required no later than December 2025.
  • Must have 0-3 years of HR experience (internships or HR assistant roles)
  • Ability to be in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate
