At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
Provide first-line support for Neo (EBA / ERP) users external to the organization via the Neo Service Desk (JIRA-based platform).
Deliver first-line functional support for business users of the EBA, resolving day-to-day operational issues in support of Business Support Operations (BSO).
Liaise with second-line IT support to document functional requirements and system errors of the EBA, in collaboration with BSO teams.
Work with the Chief Assistant BSO and EBA BSO team to provide training to business users, requesters, and external users of EBA/Neo; create and maintain related training materials.
Maintain and ensure the quality of Master Data for business operations.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide assistance during system upgrades and patch releases for the Enterprise Business Application / Neo system.
Provide technical and functional expertise to EBA/Neo business users, requesters, and external stakeholders.
Support the change management process for the introduction and integration of new functionalities; contribute to overall business process improvement initiatives.
